Where did you go to high school and what were your activities? : Lassiter High in Georgia Gymnastics
Where did you go to college and what did you study? : Kennasaw State University in Georgia
What do you do for fun? Spend time with my boys.
When you are not at GTC where are you/what are you doing? : Home with family
What’s a fun fact about you that not many people know? : I used to be on the Utah Jazz Dunk Team

I was born in Oklahoma where I lived for a few years. My family moved to Houston, Texas, then Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania where I started gymnastics. Our neighbors own a gym (Jewarts Gymnastics) and they had a son my age. I competed for several years. My family moved again to Atlanta, Georgia where I completed High School and coached for and competed with Cobb Gymnastics. I am married to Mandee Nielsen Connell and we have two boys Jacobee (7) and Treaghen (1). We live in Salt Lake City and I’m the gym manager at GTC.
